In the past we have mainly carried out heating and plumbing installations for Mouchel, local councils and building firms in schools, hospitals and many other commercial properties. A proportion of our work has been day to day repairs which include anything associated with plumbing and gas or oil fired heating systems.

We are registered with the GAS SAFE REGISTER (gas) and OFTEC (oil) and employ suitably qualified, competent engineers.

Our own electrical/controls department are experienced in the installation and repair of controls for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning as well as domestic and commercial general building electrical projects.

We are branching out more into commercial servicing and recently won the Contract for carrying out gas and oil boiler servicing and repair work for both North Lincs County Council and the Lincolnshire Police. We are also constantly increasing the amount of work we carry out for local letting agents.

As it is recommended that all appliances are serviced once a year, our aim is to steadily expand our service department to meet with the increasing demand for peace of mind.
